He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hackett; his stepchildren, Heather Durham of Lafayette and Jason Doss (Judith) of Bethpage; and his sister Martha Long (Donna Buntin) of Indianapolis, IN. He is also survived by two grandchildren; seven great grandchildren.
