She is survived by: her mother Eunice Christine Smith Cook; her husband Stevie Lamb; her children, Daniel Couch (Amanda Michelle), Douglas Couch, Jennifer Hunt (Jeffrey Dustin) and Joshua Hulsey; her grandchild Thomas; her siblings, Thomas Cook, Donna Rubley (Bruce) and Christi Kellas (Chris); her nieces, Stephanie West (Samuel), Amber Fazekas (Barry) and Clarissa Cook; and her nephew James Burgett.
