He is survived by: his mother Wanda Brown; his wife Pamela Suddarth; his daughters, Misty Riley (Jason) and Jill Wallace (Josh); his grandchildren, Ethan Riley of Portland, Eli Riley of Portland, Madison Wallace of Portland and Memphis Wallace of Portland; his siblings, Darrell Withers (Donna), Sherry Mayhew (Jim) and Rhonda Withers; his parents-in-law, Cliff and Joyce Suddarth; and his brothers-in-law, Tim Suddarth (Kim) of Portland, Tony Suddarth of Portland and Jeff Suddarth (Carla) of Portland.
