With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lee Kelley of Piney Flats, Tennessee, born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on January 17, 2021 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Kelley and Ruth Kelley. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Howell; his son-in-law Dave Howell; his son Chad Kelley; his daughter-in-law Kim Booher Kelley; and his grandchildren, Cameron Kelley, Taylor Kelley, Madison Howell, Mckenzie Howell and Katie Kelley.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic there will be a celebration of life service at a later date.
