He was predeceased by: his parents, Cecil Henry and Naomi Bales (White) of Virginia; his daughter Michelle; and his brother Cecil, Jr.. He is survived by: his son Mike Bales; his grandson Coleman; and his siblings, Rev. Larry Bales and Sharon.
