He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Berry and Ethel Oaks Berry; his siblings, Jessie Hodges, Doris Freeman and John Berry; and his son-in-law Bill Bays.
He is survived by: his children, Pam Bays and Mike Berry (Tammy); his grandchildren, Nathan, Chris, Mary and Andy; and his brother-in-law John Willis (Ruth Ann). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
