He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery B. Musick and Ina June Musick. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Musick; his son Michael Musick (Windy); his siblings, Kathy Sullivan (Ken) and Gene Musick (Vickie); his nephew Matthew Musick (Amanda); and his nieces, Amelia Mary Kate and Isabella.
