She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Howell and Leota Defriece Howell; her husband Roscoe Talley; and her siblings, Charles, Howard, Robert, Elmer, Jimmie, Jessie Howell, Ruby Hammods, Alma Marcus, Lily Overbay, Bonnie Dotson, Clara Howell and Annie Pearl Howell.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jill Talley Horne and Lisa Talley Shipley; her grandchildren, Courtney Horne, LaShawnna White and Mariah Shipley; and her great grandchildren, Jerome Riley, Brooklyn Riley, Carson Shake, Khaleb Jannenga, Kymani Jackson and Kyler Jannenga.
