With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Smalling Frazier of Piney Flats, Tennessee, who passed away on October 29, 2020 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Rankin and Mary Mingea Smalling; her siblings, Helen Smith (Howell), John D. Smalling, Jane Crussell (Allen) and Phyllis Holloway; her son-in-law Scott Barnes; her brother-in-law Fred Holloway; and her nephew Eldon Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Mary Lynn Barnes and Anne King (Jon White); her grandchildren, Byron Barnes, Maria Barnes, Maryl White Greene (Scott), Karisa White Miller (Isaac), Jana White, Alie White and Jack White; her great grandchildren, Kyleigh Barnes, Amber Greene and Audree Greene; and her sister-in-law Elsie Smalling.
