He is survived by: his wife Ruth Gill Neal of Pikeville; his children, Tim Neal (Misty) of Dayton, Tammy Gravett (Dewey Dana) of Dayton and Kathy Mitchell of Pikeville; his son-in-law Troy Lane of Evensville; his grandchildren, Bryan Lane (Chrissy), Brandon Gravett, Kayla Lane, Hannah Mitchell, Noah Mitchell, Logan Turner and Gwen Turner; his grandson-in-law Chris Neal; his great grandchild Cassidy Neal; and his siblings, Lovenia Thurman, Lois Thurman, George Neal (Pat) and Hoyt Neal (Linda). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
