She is survived by: her children, Katherine Tate (Kenny) of Pikeville and Aster Houston Sapp of Pikeville; her grandchildren, Tammy Sapp, Misty Thurman (Kelly) and Jason Tate (Savannah); and her siblings, Erma Hale (Clifford) and Gerald Reece (Joann). She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great grandchildren.
