He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Ellison Sprouse; his children, Tiffany Sprouse and Randall Sprouse (Emily Wilson); his stepchildren, Ronnie Ellison and Patsy; his grandchildren, Stephen II, Kolten Stephens and Liam Sprouse; his stepgrandchildren, Mike Hux, Jeannie Pittman and Miranda Smith; his mother Betty Blue; his stepfather Charlie Samples; and his siblings, Dale Sprouse (Sheila) and Sandy Parker (Tim). He is also survived by several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, & friends.
