She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ball and Nora Ball; her brother Charlie Ball; her daughter Debbie Leonard; and her grandson Dylan Sisk.
She is survived by: her husband Junior Sisk; her sons, Wayne Sisk, Todd Sisk (Lisa) and Bryan Sisk; her grandchildren, Shane Sisk, Zac Sisk, Ashley Hodges and Cody Leonard; her great grandchildren, Weston Hodges and Lily Hodges; her sister Donna Baker (Ron); and her close friend Pat Johnson. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins.
