He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Howard R. Wiley and Elizabeth Wiley of Parrottsville; his sister Gail Smelcer; his brother-in-law Mike Smelcer; his nephew Welsey Smelcer (Savannah); and his great-nephew CrystaLynne.
