He was predeceased by: his wife Mabel "Dot" Blazer; his parents, Estel Blazer and Edith Blazer; and his sister Patsy Blazer. He is survived by: his son Michael Blazer of Abingdon, VA; his daughter-in-law Shelly Blazer; his grandsons, Mason Blazer, Brock Blazer of Morristown and Eli Blazer of Morristown; and his siblings, Braudus Blazer (Helen) of Newport, Nedra Ottinger of Parrottsville, Ray Blazer of Parrottsville, Reba Dean Rhodes of Burlington, NC, Harold Blazer (Peggy) of Cosby, Norman Blazer of Parrottsville, Brenda Ellis (Jerry) of Newport, Ronald Blazer (Linda) of Parrottsville and Randy Blazer of Parrottsville.
