He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Shepherd and Reva Shepherd; and his brother Charles Shepherd. He is survived by: his wife Connie Shepherd; his sons, Tyler and Jacob Shepherd; his sisters, Sharon Walker (Chris) of Parrottsville, Karen Stokely of Parrottsville and Loretta Ramsey of Parrottsville; and his close friend Jimmy "Meathead" Howard of Newport.
