It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jeannette Ragan (Parrottsville, Tennessee), who passed away on June 2, 2019, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Charles Bascomb Ragan Jr. (Charlie); her parents, Edward Blazer and Rethal Webb Blazer; and her brother David Blazer. She is survived by: her husband Charles Ragan; her son Jimmy Edward Ragan of Parrottsville; her grandchildren, Julie Phillips (Randy), Clint Hawk, Taylor Hawk (Hannah) and Sarah Hawk; her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn Phillips and Tyler Hawk; her brothers, Wayne Blazer and Milburn Blazer; and her close friends, Mike and Nettie Harbula.
In lieu of flowers, the family request, donations be made to the Parrottsville United Methodist Church Children's Fund.
