She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Gentry and Mary Gentry; and her siblings, Herbert "Speck", Jackie Gentry, Maurice Gentry and Cheryl Gentry.
She is survived by: her husband John David Parker of Parrrottsville; her children, Patrick Parker (Karen) of Rogersville, John David Parker, II (Kelly) and Sonya Hance (Charles Joker) of Newport; her siblings, Herman Gentry (Alice) of Parrottville, Ronnie Gentry (Janice) of Newport, Norman Gentry (Eva Dean) of Newport, Wayne Gentry (Jeanene) of Pemhoke Pines, Bill Gentry (Tammy) of Newport, Joyce Gentry and Annette Russell (James) of Newport; her sister-in-law Carolyn Gentry; her grandchildren, Austin, Devin Parker, Erin, Peyton Parker, Amber, Michael, Colby, Bryson and Cayson Hance; and her great grandchildren, Kadence Watson and Jaxon Butler. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
