He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Beale Williams and Alma Lee Kimbel Williams; and his sister Regina Lattimer. He is survived by: his wife Lila Cathey Williams; his daughters, Cathey Williams of Paris, TN and Nicci Harrod (Adrian) of Paris, TN; his grandchildren, Lidia Ferrell (Cody), Caden Martin, Corban Winston, Shaun Harrod, Jordan Harrod (Abigail), Davy Harrod, Aiden Harrod, Janna Harrod and Jesse Harrod; his great grandchildren, Lila and Laney Ferrell; his nieces, Vicky Stoope and Patty Bell; and his nephew Scotty Collins (Tammy).
