He was predeceased by: his wife Helen Jean York (Lowrey); his son Larry York; his parents, Sgt. Alvin C. York and Gracie York (Williams); and his siblings, Alvin C. York Jr. Woodrow, Mary Alice Franklin, Thomas Jefferson York and George Edward York.
He is survived by: his daughter Diana Daniels (Clinton); his granddaughters, Padra West and Valerie Potter (Timothy); his great grandchildren, Tyler Garrett, Katelyn Phillips, Nicholas Malone (Heather) and Desiree LaPeer (Seth); and his sister Betsy Ross Lowery. He is also survived by Many nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
