He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Sims of Harrison, TN; his children, Jennifer Elleen Keltch Ensley, Candace Yvonne Keltch Cronan (Anthony Cronan) and Jacob Allan Keltch; his grandchildren, Kyler Brycen Hendricks, Kolby Allan Cronan, Savannah Travis, Jaice Ensley and Paislee Ensley; his siblings, Charles Keltch, Joe Keltch (Cathy Keltch) of Spring City, TN, John Keltch of Sale Creek, TN, Mark Keltch of Bakewell, TN, Mary Keltch Runyan of Dayton, TN and Rosie White (Frank White) of Graysville, TN; his mother-in-law Barbara Sims; and his sisters-in-law, Stephanie Bates (Paul Cantrel) of Harrison, Charity Orr (Jake Chancey) of Harrison, Ann Sims of Harrison and Erica Sims of Harrison. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
