He was predeceased by: his parents, George Arnold and Mary Isabel Mayo; his former wife Maryann O'Neill Mayo; and his brothers, David Mayo and Pat Mayo.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Mallett Mayo; his daughter Christine Mayo; his grandchildren, Derek Woody (Casey) and Hollyn Walker (Justin); his great grandchildren, Rylan, Courtlyn and Rowen; and his siblings, George Mayo, Mike Mayo and Melanie Autry (Tad). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Those attending services and visitation are asked to practice social distancing and wear a face mask.
