It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Lee Rios of Ooltewah, Tennessee, born in Alice, Texas, who passed away on February 23, 2022, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Domingo Rios and Suzanne Moreno Rios. He is survived by: his wife Lisa McCamey Rios; his sons, Richard "Lee" Rios, II (Heather) and Nicholas T. Rios; and his sister Elizabeth Rios Biehler (Ken). He is also survived by four grandchildren.
