He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra Roy Bell and Beulah Mozelle Hancock Bell; his brother-in-law Al Moody; and his great-nephew Mitch Moody. He is survived by: his son Randall; his daughter-in-law Stacy Bell; his granddaughter Morgan Bell; and his sister Shelby Moody. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
