It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Ann Kelley of Ooltewah, Tennessee, born in Somerset, Kentucky, who passed away on August 15, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hail and Opal Hail. She is survived by: her husband Robert "Joe" Kelley; her son Phil Kelley (Lisa); and her grandchildren, Josh Kelley and Logan Rimer (Eric).
