She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Curtis and Azell Boone Curtis; her husband James Donald Hooper; and her siblings, Marie Patrick, Louise Rhyne, Edward Curtis, Rena May Patrick and Shirley Cole.
She is survived by: her sons, Daryl Stephen Hooper (Gina) of McEwen, TN and Todd Allen Hooper (Tonda) of Ooltewah, TN; her granddaughter Alexandria Nicole Hooper of McEwen, TN.; and her siblings, Ralph Curtis (Jennie) of Dickson, TN., Jo Ann Hooper of McEwen, TN and Carolyn Wanamaker (Floyd) of McEwen, TN. She is also survived by Numerous Loving Nieces and Nephews.
