We are sad to announce that on February 18, 2023, at the age of 81, Joseph Franklin Tatum of Ooltewah, Tennessee, born in LaGrange, Georgia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joseph Franklin Tatum to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Absolom Tatum and Lula Mae Bowen Tatum; and his former wife Claudia Tatum. He is survived by: his wife Connie Hicks Tatum; his children, Richard Dean Tatum, Kimberley D. Taylor (William), Ceci Goodner (Kent) and Chadwick Commander (Ashley); and his sisters, Marthalene Hancock and Linda Veal. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
