He is survived by: his son Clay Adkins of Cleveland, Tenn.; his grandchildren, Ryan Adkins of Cleveland and Natalie Tarver (Rossman) of Cleveland; his sister-in-law Sandra Seitz of Chattanooga; his nieces and nephews, Jim Ashley of Chattanooga, Fred Adkins of Jacksonville, Fla., Wanda Barger of Madisonville, Susan Day of Chattanooga and Pam Williams of Jacksonville; and his cousins, Ray Adkins and Doris Ellis of Chattanooga.
