Clarence William Frank Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence William Frank of Ooltewah, Tennessee, who passed away on September 21, 2022, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Frank and Marie Frank; his siblings, Bobby Frank, Harry Frank Jr. and Margaret McNabb; and his sons, David Frank, Bobby and Clarence "Punkin" Frank.
He is survived by: his daughter Teresa Higdon; his sister Mildred Bridges (Ringgold); his grandchildren, Ashley Higdon, Tyler Browning and Morgan Frank; his great grandchild Addilynn Jones; his caregiver Kelly Frank; and his daughter Martha Frank. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
