With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Randall Lynn Garrett (Oneida, Tennessee), who passed away on October 18, 2021 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Andrew Garrett and Nora Maxwell Garrett; his siblings, Gerald Garrett, Leon Garrett and Sharon Garrett; and his brother-in-law Don Devine.

He is survived by: his siblings, Janie Devine, Alan Garrett (Barbara) and David Garrett; his nephew Dustin Garrett (Tabitha); and his sister-in-law Lois Garrett. He is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, family and friends.
