She is survived by: her mother Vela Slaven of Barbourville, KY; her sons, Tommy Joe Smith Jr. (Samantha) of Gate City and Josh Shoopman (Angela) of Jacksboro, TN; her grandchildren, William Burford of Louisville, KY and Shakira Shoopman of Oneida, TN; her stepgrandchildren, Shaylei Stevenson of Jacksboro, TN, Westley Wallen of Jacksboro, TN, Zakary Wallen of Jacksboro, TN, Christian Byington (Michelle), Cameron Byington and Aidan Byington; her sister Ella Mae Rose of Barbourville, KY; and her close friend Sue Goodman. She is also survived by cousins, friends, and family members.
