He is survived by: his son Jeff Lay (Sandra); his grandsons, Logan Lay of Oneida and Tyler Lay (Tori Muñoz) of Oneida; and his siblings, Jack Lay (Betty Ann Lay) of Nashville, Jerry Lay of Nashville and Priscilla Jeffers. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
