He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Andrew Watson and Mattie Bernice Watson-Haddock (Sheppard). He is survived by: his daughter Jill Marling (Ron); his grandson Aidan Marling; his former wife Pat Smith Watson; his brother Anthony Watson (Kelly); his niece Chandler Watson; his nephew Peyton Watson; his aunt Imogene Smith; his close friend Sharon Strunk; and his friends, Jeremy Barnes, Donnie Brown, Sam Farris, Greg King, Quinton Lowe, Burt Sexton, Jerry Lewis, James Baker, Phil Newport, Joe Potter, Donnie Davis, Sid Seals, J. D. Lay, Art Jeffers, Chase Slaven, Kenny Phillips, Michael Martin, Dewayne Potter, John Charles Lay, Gene Failor and Dustin Lay. He is also survived by cousins, friends, and other relatives; and numerous special golf friends.
