She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Hyder and Lucy Hyder; her former husband Bruce Slaven; her husband Billy Boutwell; and her siblings, Odie Phillips, Jean Crabtree and Clara Boshears.
She is survived by: her sons, Mark Slaven (Sherry), Richard Slaven (LaBreeska) and James Slaven (Mary); and her stepson Jonathan Boutwell. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; many other relatives and friends.
