He is survived by: his children, Steven Phillips, Jane of Cherry Fork and Patricia Trammell (Shane) of Cherry Fork; his grandchildren, Karisa Smith (Logan), Allyssa Phillips, Serafina Phillips, Kalob Day and Allana Jade Smith; and his close friends, Jan Scates, Patricia Trammell, Karisa Smith, Morgan, Beth Smith, Paul Kidd, Patricia Laxton, Kalob and Esley Day.
