Elvina DeMoss Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elvina DeMoss of Oneida, Tennessee, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parent Gada Lay; and her siblings, Wanda Phillips, Arlena Laxton and Bill Lay. She is survived by: her daughter Vadina Burke (Tim); her grandchildren, River Carson (Marissa) and Raven Boles (Daniel); her siblings, Janette Taylor (George), Bob Lay (Carolyn) and Elvin Byrd, Jr. (Faye); her great grandchildren, Everett Carson, Reagan Carson and Jonah Boles; and her nieces and nephews, Shane Phillips, Shonda Phillips, Dirk Lay, Terry Lay, Jacqui Elmore, Leo Taylor and Michelle Ayers. She is also survived by many other great nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, Elvina requested donations be made to the upkeep of Laxton Cemetery. Donations can be made at United Cumberland Bank.
