Luther and Gertie Acres Duncan; his grandparents, Melvin (Pop), Susie Roberts Duncan, David and Martha Watson Acres; his siblings, Melbert Akers, Sue Duncan Staten and James Milford Duncan; and his nephews, Joey Bond, Jeffrey Kidd, James "Bubby" Holt and Melbert Junior Akers.
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Ellis (Jody), Tina Miller, Tonya Eads and Stacy Goodman; his grandchildren, Dallas Jeffers, Isaac Eads, Damion Eads, Jeffrey Goodman, E. J. Goodman, Caleb Goodman, Tyler Ellis, Luke Ellis, Jacob Ballard, Talita Marie Miller and Morgan Miller; his siblings, Joe L. Duncan of Oneida, Joshua (Bonnie) of Indiana, Easter Toler of Oneida, Ann Kidd of Oneida, June Toomey (Dan) of Oklahoma, Lynn Fornash of Oneida and Mary Hall of Oneida; and his siblings-in-law, Freda Akers of Ohio and Robert Staten of Oneida. He is also survived by many other family members and friends.
