It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Parson Seibers (Oneida, Tennessee), who passed away on January 31, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy William and Allie Reed Parson; her husband Fred Thomas Seibers; and her siblings, Willard, Alonzo (Pete), Charlene, Christine, Evelyn, Buddie, Earl, Wanda and Maxine.

She is survived by: her sister Ola Baker; and her close friends, Claudetta Lawson and Carrie Thornthwaite. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
