She was predeceased by: her parents, James Saylor and Sarah Smith Saylor; her former husband Lonnie M. Love; her husband Isham Byrd; and her sons, Lonnie Allen Love and David Lee Love.
She is survived by: her children, John Daniel Love, Janette Cash (Norman) and Rachel McCartt; her grandchildren, Eugene McCartt (Melinda), Myona Beasley, Alvin McCartt (Shannon), Robert McCartt (Janie), Trina Bowman (Mark) and Joe McCartt; her great grandchildren, Charles Beasley, Joshea Beasley, Monica Beasley, Rachel Lawson (Josh), Alex McCartt, Shalyn Tittle, Cayden McCartt, Allisen McCartt, Elijah McCartt and Emmalynn Bowman; and her great great grandchildren, Arieanna Riley and Eli Lawson. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
