It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Tommy Brown of Oakland, Tennessee, born in Cordova, Tennessee, who passed away on May 14, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James M. Brown and Clara Nolan Brown; his grandchild Baby Brown; and his siblings, Mildred Brown, Martha Byrd, Magalene Perry, Mary Anner Rosson, Clyde Rosson and Lloyd Rosson.
He is survived by: his wife Dulaine Wallace Brown; his children, Tommie Hannah (Jamie), Dena White (John), Jeff Brown (Lisa) and Michael Brown (Joy); his sister Helen Brown; and his grandchildren, Dodie, Jerred, Trinity (Jacob), Gregory (Kelsey), Devin (Chelsea), Christian (Clara), Jessi, Lane, Justin, Karen and Silas. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to Memphis School of Preaching in Memory of Tommy Brown, 3950 Forest Hill-Irene Road, Memphis, TN 38125.
