He was predeceased by: his mothers, Tara H. Webb, II and Betty Ann Chanoine Webb; and his sister Carolyn Webb. He is survived by: his wife Connie Reynolds Webb of Oakland, TN; his children, Lani Bagwell (Brandon) of Oakland, TN, Tara Webb of Oakland, TN and Steven Webb (Afton) of Bossier City, LA; his siblings, Eugenia Sigman (Dean) of Colorado Springs, CO, Betty Tally of Memphis, TN and Carl Webb (Mickey) of Memphis, TN; his grandchildren, Ryder Webb, Kennedy Webb, Emersyn Webb, Hadleigh Webb and Eryn Harden; and also Steven Webb.
