It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shelia Wagner of Oakland, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on April 5, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband David M. Wagner, Sr.; and her father James Russell Chism, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Angela J. Wagner of Memphis, TN and David M. Wagner, Jr. (Erica) of Garner, NC; and her grandchildren, Braden Jones, Ella Jones, David Hale Wagner, Annie Camille Wagner, Adaline Noel Wagner and Truman Spurgin Wagner.
