He is survived by: his fiancée Theresa Glidden of Oakland, TN; his daughter Destiny Welty of Collierville, TN; his parents, Dick Welty and Sue Welty of Oregon, OH; and his sisters, Chrissy Finch (Teresa Swanson) of Oregon, OH and Moscato (Mojito). He is also survived by two daughters, four grandchildren and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
