It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Pennington of Oakland, Tennessee, who passed away on May 30, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Braxton Pennington and Lucille Waldon Pennington. He is survived by: his wife Patsy Pennington of Oakland, TN; his daughters, Angela Capshaw of Arlington, TN and Melissa Pennington of Oakland, TN; his grandchildren, Cassidy Owens, Savannah Capshaw and Jacob Capshaw; and his great grandchild River Owens. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
