She was predeceased by: her daughter Kelly Kennedy; her parents, Doug Dockery and Gladys Dockery; and her siblings, Patricia Sharp, Terry Templin and Larry Dockery.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Ballard; her children, Tiffany Waugh (Steve) and Shawn Ballard (Brooke); her granddaughters, Taylor Kennedy, Audrey Ballard, Annisten Ballard and Lottie Kennedy; her son Patrick Kennedy (Sara); her brother-in-law Patrick Ballard; and her siblings, Kimberly Parson (Bennett) and Johnie Dockery (Linda). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 21st 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Powell Chapel (2000 Powell Drive 37849). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Oak Ridge Memorial Park (1501 Bethel Valley Rd, Oak Ridge, TN 37830).
