He is survived by: his wife Amanda E. Swafford; his daughters, Lisa Goon (David) and Kristi Cothron (Scott); his grandchildren, Mandy Hewitt (Mark), Stacey Goon, Emily Burns (Joe), Sarah Cothron, Dylan Cothron and Jillian Cothron; his great grandchildren, Trace Hewitt, Avaleigh Hewitt and Emilia Burns; and his brothers, Jack and Tommy Swafford.
