With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Ralph Eston Baxter of Newport, Tennessee, who passed away on March 18, 2024 at the age of 66. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Greer Baxter and Mary Ellen Baxter; and his brothers, Anthony, Lewis and Donald Baxter.

He is survived by: his wife Joyce Baxter; his daughters, Jerrika Williams (Justin) and Jade Spann (Steven Laws); his siblings, Jack Baxter (Dale), Danny Phillips, Jane Ann Turner (Bill) of Newport and Faye Ball (Brian) of Cosby; and his grandchildren, Eston, Hazel Williams, Brantley Spann and Abel Loy.
