He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Richards of Newport and Melissa Richards Dean (Robert) of Newport; his granddaughters, Shanda York (Josh) of Knoxville, Brooke Wilson of Newbern, TN, Cyndal Hayes (Chris) of Newport, Leslie Bugg (Phillip) of Newport and Kirsten Overholt of Newport; and his pet Ross. He is also survived by 3 great-granddaughters and 5 great-grandsons.
