She was predeceased by: her husband James Strange of Hartford; her sons, Steve Strange and Robert Strange; her parents, Joe Simmons and Lillie Simmons; her mother-in-law Rachel Freeman; and her siblings, Bonnell Hall, Alice Samples, Daisy Hunter and Tom Simmons.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Stefanie Strange (Jamie James) of Hartford and Chris Strange (Jennifer) of Morristown; her great grandchildren, Tyson Cofield, Christian Strange and Collin Strange; her grandchildren, Aleecia and Abigal Davis; and her daughter-in-law Cleo Aileen Strange Cook. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
