He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Mullens and Olive Mullens; his siblings, Billie Farrar and Richard Mullens; his mother-in-law Maybelle Hembree; his sister-in-law Gladys Hembree (Rockie Brown); and his son-in-law Jimmie Naillon.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Mullens; his daughters, Christy Naillon and Holly Feild (Alec); his sisters, Peggy Jo Morgan, Vickie Goodman (Tom) and Jacqueline Lukenbach; his grandchildren, K. D. Lewis, Destinee Corley (Joe), Montana Sluss (Andrew), Ada and Will Feild; his great grandchildren, Christina, Jasmine Lewis and Kevin Corley; and his close friends, Charlie Ruble and Georgia Clark.
